Return & Refund Policy

 

Made‑to‑Order Fine Art Prints:

All Bella Leaf Studio prints are produced to order in our fine‑art studio using archival pigment inks and Marrutt papers. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns for change‑of‑mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will replace the item immediately at no additional cost.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Lost Parcels:

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

If tracking shows the parcel has reached the destination country and delivery attempts have been made, the responsibility for collection lies with the recipient.

Returns Eligibility:

We can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives incorrect
  • The courier confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable

Returns for any other reason cannot be accepted due to the bespoke, made‑to‑order nature of our prints.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once the courier confirms loss.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or lost.

How to Start a Return:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if applicable

We’ll take care of everything from there.
