Made‑to‑Order Production:

All Bella Leaf Studio prints are produced to order in our fine‑art studio using archival pigment inks and Marrutt papers.

Production time is typically 1–3 working days.

UK Delivery:

We offer reliable UK delivery using Royal Mail and DPD.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–4 working days.

All orders are packaged in rigid, protective packaging to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.

International Delivery:

International shipping rates are now calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, parcel size and chosen courier.

UK shipping remains free on all orders.

Packaging:

Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size and destination.

Every order is packaged with care to protect the artwork throughout its journey.

Delays:

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may be affected by weather, customs, strikes or seasonal volume.

Bella Leaf Studio is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always help you track your parcel if needed.

Lost Parcels:

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by Royal Mail or DPD, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows delivery attempts or arrival at the destination country, responsibility for collection lies with the recipient.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will replace the item immediately.
